This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as “this Policy”) applies solely to the Lianhuan App products or services of Chengdu Hilton Fashion Advertising Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “we”). When you use our products, we will collect, store, use, and disclose your personal information in accordance with this Policy. In addition, this Policy explains how we provide you with services to access, update, manage, and protect your personal information. This Policy is closely related to your use of our products; we recommend that you carefully read and fully understand its contents. By beginning to use any of Lianhuan’s products or services, you signify that you have fully understood and agreed to this Policy. In addition, we pledge to implement appropriate security measures in accordance with industrystandard best practices to safeguard your personal information. Please read this policy carefully before using our products. I. How We Collect and Use Personal Information
Our company will collect and use users’ personal information in accordance with the principles of legality, legitimacy, necessity, and transparency, and solely for the purposes set forth in this Policy. If we intend to use users’ personal information for purposes other than those specified in this Policy, or to collect such information for any other specific purpose, we will notify users in a reasonable manner and obtain their consent again prior to such use.
1.1 Personal information voluntarily provided by users in the course of receiving products and/or services from the provider
1.1.1 To enable the basic business functions of this software, our company needs to collect the following personal information from users. If a user refuses to provide such information, we will be unable to offer the corresponding services. (1) Account registration, login, and verification. When a user registers a personal account in this software, the user must provide the following information to our company to complete the registration:
1.User’s mobile phone number and SMS verification code: Our company will send an SMS verification code to the user’s provided mobile number to verify its accuracy. If the user fails to provide the received SMS verification code, registration will fail, and the user will be unable to register or continue using this software service. Please note that the mobile phone number provided by the user will serve as the user account for subsequent use of this software and as the credential for logging into this product.
2.Password Information: Users are required to set a login password for their personal account, which serves as the verification method when they choose to log in using their mobile phone number and password.
3.Date of Birth Information: Users are required to provide accurate date-of-birth information for their personal accounts. The Company will use the date of birth provided by the user to determine the user’s age. Following this software update, services will be available only to users who have reached the age of 18. If a user is under 18 years old or fails to provide date-of-birth information during registration, the user will be unable to register as a user of the Company or continue using the software’s services.
4.Location Information: Used to recommend nearby users and display distances. This is an optional feature; if the user declines, the distance to other users may not be shown.
5.Gender: Users are required to provide their gender information when creating a personal account. If users fail to provide this information, the registration will be unsuccessful, and they will be unable to register or use the software’s services.
6.Hobbies: Users are required to select personal tags such as their hobbies.
7.Height, WeChat ID, social circle, and personal signature: Users may choose to provide this information. Our company will display such information to other users based on what the user submits. This information is optional; not providing it will not affect the normal use of the service.

Once a user completes the registration process by providing the aforementioned information and obtains an account for this software, the user shall be deemed to have successfully logged in and remain continuously logged in. If the user wishes to log out and log back in, they must enter their mobile phone number, then provide the login password set during registration or select to receive an SMS verification code to complete the login.
(2) Retrieve Password
When a user needs to recover their password, they must provide the mobile phone number they used during registration and the SMS verification code they received, in order to verify their identity. After successful verification, the user will be required to set a new password to replace the old one, enabling them to log in next time using their username and password. The company reserves the right to modify the aforementioned password recovery verification methods and procedures at any time; the specific methods actually employed shall be subject to what is displayed on the software interface.
(3) Change of mobile phone number binding
If a user wishes to change the mobile phone number provided during registration while remaining logged in, they must go to Settings > Bind Mobile Phone, enter their new mobile number, and complete the re-binding process by entering the verification code received on the new number.
If a user, while logged out, requests to change the registered mobile number for login because the original number is no longer in use, the user must follow the on-screen instructions. Once our company has verified the user’s identity, the mobile number can be successfully updated.
(4) Information Content Publishing Function
When using this software’s “Status Posting” or “Chat” features, or any other functions involving the posting of information, users agree and confirm that such posting constitutes their consent for the company to collect the posted information retroactively. If the company discovers, or receives complaints or reports from third parties, that any information posted by a user violates applicable laws and regulations, the registration agreement, or the terms of this agreement, the company shall be entitled to take appropriate action in accordance with the provisions of the registration agreement.
(5) Chat and Matching Features
Users may engage in chat conversations with other users through the “Chat” feature provided by this software. Please note that, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, our company or third parties commissioned by us are entitled to apply a “sensitiveword filtering system” to screen usergenerated content for prohibited terms. Content that fails the sensitiveword filter will not be published. Our company or its commissioned third parties reserve the right to update or modify the sensitiveword filtering system at any time, at their sole discretion.
(6) Search Function
When users utilize the “Search” feature within this software service, they are required to provide the keywords they enter, which will be used to display relevant content and their search history. Users may choose to delete their search history. If users do not wish to provide the aforementioned information, please refrain from using the Search function.
(7) Feedback
If users have any feedback regarding this software service, they may submit it within the app via “Settings” → “Help & Feedback” → “Feedback.” Users are required to provide a detailed description of their comments and upload supporting photos to help our company understand the issue and identify an appropriate solution.
1.2 Personal information actively collected by our company in the course of providing software services to users
In compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and in order to ensure the security of users’ accounts and provide them with higher-quality services, our company will collect and use the following information generated by users during their use of this software service:
1.2.1 Device Information
To ensure this software is properly adapted to users’ mobile devices, provide a secure and trustworthy product and usage environment, and safeguard the software’s safe operation, when you use this software, based on the specific permissions you grant during installation and use, we will collect your device model, device identifiers (including but not limited to IMEI, Android ID, IDFA, IDFV, OPEN UDID, GUID, OAID, SNID, MEID, advertising IDs, SIM card phone numbers, IMSI, and ICCID), app list, device operating status information, system version, MCC, MNC, MAC address information (including both the device’s WiFi MAC address and Bluetooth MAC address), device sensor data, installed app information, or running process information. We collect this information to support bug analysis, anticheating measures, antimalware efforts, and other security safeguards; to ensure your normal use of the software services; to improve and optimize our product experience; and to protect your account security. Furthermore, except as expressly provided otherwise in this policy, we will not disclose your device information to any third party. However, we cannot guarantee that other third parties will not obtain your device information through alternative means or combine it with other data to identify you personally. If such circumstances result in any losses to you, you should seek compensation from the relevant third party. The aforementioned device information constitutes the basic data collected for service provision; if you do not wish for us to collect this device information, it may prevent us from providing normal services. 1.2.2 Log Information
When you use this software service, our company collects relevant network log information, including software crash reports, system activity data, device connectivity details, browsing history, click records, software usage logs, and IP address information. We collect this information to enhance security maintenance and optimize the software service, thereby providing you with a better user experience. The aforementioned log data constitutes essential information required to deliver the service; if you choose not to allow us to collect such log data, it may prevent us from providing normal service. 1.2.3 Geolocation Information Once the user grants location permissions, our company will collect the user’s geographic location data to match users in the same city, recommend local content and chat messages, allow users to share their location in chats, display the user’s location when posting within the user’s city of residence, or inform other users of the account holder’s location when they use the software’s services. If the user refuses to allow our company to collect such information, the aforementioned features of the software will be unavailable.
To protect users’ legitimate rights and interests (by combating illicit activities and preventing fraud) and to ensure the secure operation of this software service, our company will collect information on the base stations to which the user’s device is connected (including base station status, LAC, BID, NID, SID, and signal strength) as well as WiFi information (including BSSID, SSID, and signal strength).
1.2.4 Consumption Record Information
When users utilize the third-party payment features provided by this product to make top-ups or purchases, our company will collect and store the following user information: including, but not limited to, top-up details, transaction records, order information, and reconciliation data, for the purpose of verifying the user’s payment instructions and facilitating the completion of payments. Additionally, such information will serve as proof of the user’s top-ups and purchases.
1.2.5 Other Necessary Information To enhance the security of users’ access to the services provided by this software, protect the personal and property safety of users, other users, or the general public from harm, better prevent security risks such as phishing websites, fraud, network vulnerabilities, computer viruses, cyberattacks, and unauthorized network intrusions, and more accurately identify instances of violations of laws, regulations, or this Policy, our company may use or integrate users’ personal information, transaction information, device information, relevant network logs, as well as information obtained from our affiliated companies and partners with user authorization or shared in accordance with the law, to comprehensively assess account and transaction risks, perform identity verification, detect and prevent security incidents, and, in accordance with the law, take necessary measures for recording, auditing, analyzing, and handling such matters.
1.3. System permissions invoked by this software
As described above, in order to provide users with the services of this software, our company must access certain system permissions on the user’s device (excluding permissions granted to third-party integrations) to collect relevant personal information. Although this has already been addressed in the preceding sections, this section systematically summarizes all the system permissions used by the software, so as to present them to users in a more organized, comprehensive, and transparent manner. Users may choose whether to grant our company access to these device permissions; if users decline to authorize such permissions, some or all services may become unavailable, and any resulting limitations on specific features will not affect the functionality of other features. 1.3.1. Album and Storage Permissions
Once the user grants this permission, our company will access the photo library on the user’s device for reading and storage purposes. This functionality will be used to upload text and image content from the user’s device, as well as to cache text and image content generated during the user’s interaction with our software services. Please note that we will not automatically access the contents of the user’s local photo library; we will only retrieve image data after the user has granted this permission and actively selected the relevant images from the photo library. If the user declines this authorization, the aforementioned functions will not operate properly.
1.3.2. Microphone Permission
Once the user consents to enabling this permission, our company will access the microphone on the user’s device and process the voice data uploaded by the user. This permission is used to enable the voice input feature and to collect and recognize the voice data entered during the operation of that feature. If the user declines this authorization, the aforementioned functionality will be unavailable.
1.3.3. Message Push Permission Once the user consents to enable this permission, our company will send push notifications to the user, ensuring timely receipt and awareness of notifications issued by us. If the user declines this authorization, they will be unable to receive push notifications from our company.
1.3.4. Camera Permission
Once the user consents to enable this permission, our company will access the camera function on the user’s device. This functionality will be used to capture photos and record videos, and to collect and recognize the image and video data captured or recorded in the course of these functions. If the user declines this authorization, the aforementioned features will be unavailable.
1.3.5. Permission to read the app installation list
Once the user consents to enable this permission, our company will collect the user’s app installation list to safeguard the user’s legitimate rights and interests, combat illicit activities, and enrich the user’s profile, thereby enabling us to implement the functions described in Clause 1.1.1(6) of this Agreement.
1.3.6. Location Permission
Once the user grants location permissions, our company will collect the user’s geographic location data to display the user’s location when posting or to inform other users of the account holder’s location when they use the software’s services. If the user refuses to allow our company to collect such information, they will be unable to register an account with this software. For users who have already completed registration, this refusal may result in some or all of the software’s features becoming unavailable.
1.3.7. Device Information Access Permissions
To ensure your normal use of our services, maintain the proper functioning of the app’s basic features, optimize the app’s performance based on your device and network conditions, enhance your app experience, and safeguard your account security, we will collect information such as your device name, device type, model and version, operating system, system attributes, IP address, carrier information, WiFi status/parameters, device identifiers (e.g., IMEI, IMSI, MAC address, Android ID, hardware serial number), app ID, network type, sensor data, information about installed apps, or details of running processes. Please note that sensor data alone does not constitute personal information, and we will not use it for any other purposes.
1.3.8. Clipboard Access Permissions
When you share or receive shared information, participate in events, or engage in similar activities, we need to access your clipboard locally and read any passwords, sharing codes, or links it contains, in order to enable features or services such as redirection, sharing, and event integration. We only upload clipboard content to our servers when we determine, on a local basis, that it constitutes a command for redirection, sharing, or event integration. Beyond this, we do not transmit any other information from your clipboard to our servers.
1.3.9. Collecting location information, IMEI, contacts, SMS messages, images, and other data
Usage scenarios and purpose description: This data is used for API authentication and validation on the server side, for data analytics and operational analysis, and as a means of authorization, billing, and user identity verification. Additionally, this information will be utilized to more accurately identify and resolve issues encountered by developers and end users when using our products and/or services, prevent conflicts with other applications, and thereby provide you with improved product and service offerings. Acquisition frequency: The acquisition rate is 4 times per minute for IMSI and 8 times per minute for ANDROID ID.
1.4 Personal Information We Obtain from Third Parties
To ensure the stable operation of the Lianhuan APP or to implement its related features, we may integrate software development kits (SDKs) provided by our affiliated third parties and/or authorized partner third parties for the aforementioned purposes. We will exercise due diligence and conduct rigorous security monitoring of the software toolkits (SDKs) used by our partners to collect information, thereby safeguarding data security.
The third-party SDKs we integrate primarily serve your needs and those of other users. Therefore, as new service requirements arise or business functions change, we may adjust the third-party SDKs we use. We will promptly update this notice to inform you of the latest status regarding the third-party SDKs we have integrated. Currently, the third-party SDKs integrated by Lianhuan are listed as follows:
